Thieves stole entire beach, including the sand

According to Ananoava, land owners from the Hungarian Mindszentu claimed that the thieves have stolen their entire beach, including parasols and, believe it or not - 6,000 cubic metres of sand!(?) Many Hungarian cities did their best to afford their citizens a proper chill-out lounge at artificial beaches by the river Tisa, and that's why they brought tons of sand to Mindszent, in order to make it look as more as possible like as if they were looking at the real sea-side. Of course, there would be no use of the beach in the winter, so the managers have closed the place down for the season. Few days ago, they realized that the beach was stolen and that there is no more sand left.

Few days ago, they realized that the beach was stolen and that there is no more sand left.

"This is insane! I would have never thought that someone could actually steal an entire beach! We cleaned the place up and covered it up during the winter and then we found out that all of it has gone, nothing was left!" - said Etelka Repas, head of the local council.

She doubts that the robbery is related to the Schengen zone in which Hungaria has recently entered. "They probably drove themselves across the border where is no control over what's been taken out, so they will sell the stolen sand and all very easy", Repas added.

In conclusion, be aware all of you land owners out there since you might find just a big hole where you used to have a weekend resort the nest time you go to a vacation.
